To ensure seamless collaboration with clients, colleagues, Deeds Registries, SARS and various other stakeholders, the firm utilises the services of independent specialists for the supply of licensed software and data hosting services. Our service providers include iTrinity, LexisNexis, and GhostPractice.
Should we ever encounter unexpected business disruptions or disaster strikes, we have documented and regularly tested Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans in place to limit any possible downtime to the very minimum. However, in the unfortunate event that we should need it, we have updated business and personal indemnity insurance over and above the standard Fidelity Fund cover, which can be increased to cover even the most upper end of our clients’ risk matrix.
As an accountable institution, we pride ourselves on being up-to-date FICA and POPIA compliant, as our support staff are regularly trained and tested to ensure adherence to legislation and the protection of our clients’ sensitive personal information.
